This house was designed and renovated by a professional architect to create the perfect balance. The original layout has been kept, but bathing area and kitchen have been completely renewed for ease of use. Enjoy Japan's high tech features!
The house is decorated in Sakura (cherry blossom) theme with both traditional and modern Japanese elements. Nearby the property there are cherry blossom trees, so if you visit during the blooming season you can get beautiful pictures. You can even enjoy the cherry blossom for the living room if you look outside through the hallway!
Sit down and unwind in the living room after a long day of sightseeing, or take a nap at the green area. Experience Japanese culture to the most by staying in my property, where you can experience what it is like to live in a traditional Japanese house.
There is no concierge or staff present at the property, so please use our self check-in system (details will be sent after your reservation has been completed).

From Tengachaya it is only 5 min. until the lively neighbourhood Namba. The Kansai Airport, Universal Studios Japan and Kyoto can be accessed without transferring trains.

Late checkouts are unfortunately not possible. Early check-in might be possible provided that the cleaning staff is finished. Please contact me for confirmation.
It is not possible to leave your luggage at the property after checkout. Please use on of the lockers near the station.

Note that the minimum nights of stay is 2 nights.
3. Pricing
The price for your stay is calculated as follows:
1) Accommodation fee × nights + accommodation fee for additional guests × number of guests × nights
2) Cleaning fee
3) Airbnb commission fee (varying from 10 to 20% of the accommodation fee)
